Hey everyone, so as you may or may not know I'm a hip hop artist with the We The 9 music collective. I was raised in Waterloo, Canada. Born January 9th, 1995. My main genres are hip hop, R&B, trap, soul, and most urban music sub genres. My style is very lyrically focused and my music is very conscious touching on reality, philosophy, metaphysics, life, understanding, spirituality, passion, and ambition. The major point of what I'm doing is showing independent artists you can do what you love for free and still win because the people chose to support not you demanding their money!

For some time I had lost sight of what I wanted and filed in with the rest. After many years of 9-5 minimum wage work I had realized that I was meant to do something bigger with my life. In my 2nd year of university, I founded We The 9 in Oshawa to represent the 905 and the movement I was starting to support independent artist and those fighting against societal mediocrity. I've been building a prominent music presence constantly creating and putting out music since I started releasing music late 2015. I worked closely with several DJs, producers, and a few artists while in Oshawa building up We The 9. Since then I have used my music to inspire others to pursue their passions. I try to act as a role model proving that it's possible to make music for yourself, to empower others, and do this without allowing financial and other influences to cripple you. We The 9 has since moved on to represent something larger, the 99%. We empower independent and free music related individuals to pursue their passions and help get their word out to the masses!

My main influences are Chance The Rapper, Alex Wiley, Taylor Bennett, Logic, Towkio, and Isaiah Rashad. My music is based on following your passion and positivity in a way that may reflect something similar to Logic's vision.

I run the group Hip Hop Steemit Network which is mostly focused around promoting Steemit hip hop posts, but now also Minds posts as well.

Join here: https://www.minds.com/groups/profile/827687591543070720

If you are an artist and involved in hip hop on either platforms be sure to join up with us. I'm interested as to what you want to see on the group, what kind of content you want me to post on my feed and on my blogs moving forward.

Previously I poised ideas for lyrics, explaining lyrics, updates, future drops, and more.

On my next post I'll do a post that outlines what I'm working on right now for the most part and where I'm taking the direction of #DailyRaps

Until next time.... keep grinding,
