Red Shift Comic Blog

Hello! My name is Skye and I'm going to be dedicating this year to making my dream comic a reality.

But first, wow this site is confusing! But iv'e heard good things so I'm going to leave my blog here for now and i'll probably figure things out soon enough. This seems like an odd place for a comic book blog, especially one without some kind of political message or agenda, just an old fashioned well crafted story with characters that might actually resemble real people, at least that's the goal.

So What is it?

REDSHIFT is a cyberpunk sci-fi racing story, I guess like if "Initial D" was set in the world of "Blade Runner". The noir vibe of cyberpunk spliced with fast paced race sequences for the actions scenes isn't something iv'e seen done before and should make for an exiting and unique comic. There is however a much larger story that reaches out beyond the main setting of the "Mega city" (gotta find a name that isn't super generic) that will tie the events and Characters together, which I will defiantly be posting more about in the future.

Whats Next?

- A short summery that I can use to pitch the idea to any potential readers or anyone interested.

- Some artwork to show the style and atmosphere of the world. (Cover art? Or posters, maybe character profiles).

While this blog is a way for me to learn how to write things down instead of storing everything in my brain like an idiot, If someone has taken the time to read this I would like to thank you so very much, and I hope any interest you mayhave continues. I will try to add as much as I can to this blog as I progress.
