The goal of Stealth Grid is to raise $100 million within the first stage. 100 million QMNs will be supplied in the first stage while the other half will be rolled out during the crowdsale, the second stage.
The public ICO is set to launch on 18th April 2018 and is set to run until 18th May 2018. There is an ongoing token pre-sale which started on January 18th 2018. Investors can buy tokens with Bitcoins, Litecoin, Ethereum (ETH), BitcoinCash and wire transfer. They will receive their tokens within seven days after the sale has closed. During the second stage the price of tokens will depend on the market price.
The tokens are ERC20 based which means it uses an Ethereum blockchain. The Ethereum blockchain uses smart contracts.
Use of Proceeds
Collected funds will be used differently. 15% of the proceeds will be ETH/USD reserved, 12% will be reserved for the development of the business, 50% will be reserved to mantain the costs of production, 5% for sale and distribution, another 5% will cover legal expenses while 3% will cover expenses and insurance.
