I hereby confirm that I am a sovereign human being. That I am reasonable, rational and of sound mind and judgement.

I assert that as a sovereign being I am responsible for my actions.

Furthermore I assert that as a sovereign human being I have a universal right to freedom of expression. That freedom of expression translates to freedom of speech. That both freedoms of speech and expression rest upon my right to access any and all means and methods of communications and storage, now and in the future.

I demand my universal right to exercise the ability and right to reasonable access to commuhication methods, and unimpeded freedom of expression by known, extant, developing or future technologies, across all legally recognized platforms, devices, media, transmission methods, now and in the future.

Such universal rights that I assume to my person in regard to this document only apply to sentient organic life and/or life that can be proven beyond any reasonable doubt to be consciously cognitively aware.

With power comes responsibility, with freedom comes accountability.

I hereby recognize and cannot refute that my freedom to expression and comitant freedom of speech has attached to it, accountability for my actions and deeds and any and all actions derived thereof.

I also recognize that sometimes I may not be able to determine or perceive the precise nature of casuality in the future of the application of my rights to freedom of speech and expression.

I understand and accept the responsibility that my freedom of speech, if applied unwisely, may cause harm and suffering to those I have not, nor will ever meet, and that due to the vagueries and organic imperfections of human thought and ideation of action, I am only partially culpable for the reactions of others to my enshrined rights to expression, unless proven otherwise by impartial, non-judgmental, informed, reasonable and just persons or body of persons, unprejuciced, unaffiliated and unaffected by covert or overt binding; political, socio-economic or other considerations, not in the interests of the broader application of freedom of expression for all.

I understand and accept that my universal right to freedom of expression may necessarily be limited by reasonable means and impartial persons only in conjunction with the principles and fundamental tenets of this document to which I adhere in principle, if undertaken in a broadly agreed upon, just, fair, transparent and accountable manner, by impartial persons who can be definitively proven to be beyond undue bias, negative affiliations, emoluments (now or in the future), unbound by controlling fiscal arrangements and outside the scope of short-term political considerations that do not benefit my sovereign nature.

I understand and accept that should foresaid freedoms of speech and expression threaten the safety, security, quality of life, and freedom of expression of another or others that I may be held responsible and accountable persuant to generally agreed upon and rational application of just and fair supra-national laws concerning the governance of the internet or any technological successor, unobstructed and not bound by the socio-economic or techno-political agendas of other persons, groups and their affiliations, organisations or corporations, now and in the future.

If it please me to do so I may waive my right to freedom of expression, and freedom of speech, yet also I may rescind such an action at any time should I choose to do so.

Failure to adequately prove that I may be of sound mind and balance of judgement should necessarily cause my universal rights to freedom of speech and expression to reinstated in full, without condition or limitation for as I long I wish or as long my fully-organic life continues.

I understand as a responsible sovereign being that; with the even application of freedom of speech for all, positive outcomes for the greater whole may be interrupted and or negated, and furthermore that I may be held accountable for such and risk censure because of the result of injudicious application of the aforementioned right.

I understand that in the implementation of my freedom of speech and expression there is a natural imbalance that if applied without due care and considered forethought, sometimes others freedom of speech and expression may be curtailed, limited, and unduly negatively affected. I maintain that this is as a consequence of the imperfections of methods of communication including language; it's reception, interpretation, extrapolation or intentional misrepresentation, and any and all technological methods of communication bith extant and planned.

I understand that in this era of near instantaneous light-speed communications, causality can have compound effects upon the present and future, thus I act in accordance with the greater needs of the whole in not unduly limiting or unfairly interfering with or silencing their freedom of expression and speech as a sovereign individual, except in exceptional circumstances or exceptional times that I may deem it necessary to act in protection of the stated freedoms, right and responsibilities, or for what I may perceive as the path of greater good.

I am cognizant that mis-speaking, printing, publishing or disseminating can result in ever-decreasing spirals of suffering, atrocities and historical genocides, and that I am honour bound for the good of all, to apply wise and measured and not inflammatory language in preservation of all manner of life, sentient or otherwise, as I am aware of, and that as a sovereign being I am aware that historical abuse of such power must be balanced by a responsibility to combat; lies, deceptions, untruths, half-truths, disinformation, misinformation and misrepresentations and the resultant suffering in all it's myriad unforeseen manifestations.

I acknowledge and adhere to the reasonable implementation of the common laws of libel and slander where they may be legally proven to be intentionally injurious to individuals who hold the same rights to freedom of speech and expression that I expect to enjoy under any mutually agreed upon internet governance.

I am aware and recognize that higher law will return the results of all such negative actions originating from me, to myself in accordance with principles of universal justice, fairness and balance, for the sake of my personal growth and learning as a sovereign individual.

I recognize that my rights and responsibilites regarding free speech and freedom of expression will always be under threat from forces who seek to curtail my activities and impede my freedom of speech, that are not beneficial to them, that such methods as I may not be aware of may be used to my detriment and in contravention of aforementioned rights, to manipulate, distort and weaponize what I have said, printed, formally stated, shared, disseminated, made pictorial representation of and published, and that any and all actions imputed as to my motives in a given frame in time, may be misrepresented and used against me for political, social or economic purposes by individuals, agencies, governments, corporations and internation or supra-national bodies.

I maintain that nations and cultures have historically only become such entities formulated around the tenets of shared communications, and as such consider myself a sovereign citizen of the internet, to be afforded any and all rights historically accorded to the individual associated with any and all fair rights historicallty accorded to the individual by nation states, corporations, angencies, organisations or other types of bodies of people.

I assert that I may reserve the right to expect reasonable recognition, attribution and remuneration for my efforts and intellectual property.

I assert that all representations of my unique biological information, including biometrics, iris and corneal impressions and fingerprints are the sole property of my person that may not be given away, traded or taken without my consent and that any such actions to the opposite constitutes a crime against my person.

I accept that means and methods of communication both human and technological, may change, and that my rights and responsibilities are unaffected by such changes that I do not agree with, nor freely consent to without trickery, duress or the intentional withholding of information that enables a balanced conclusion to be arrived at by myself.
