It's the Time Warp, Again...

Ever feel tired for no reason, or even after a good night’s sleep? Ever have deja vu? Ever wonder why the infrastructure is crumbling and nothing seems to be being done about it? Or, why there are no cures for serious diseases even though researchers have been supposedly working on them for 50 years or more? Ever wonder why except for the devices that divert you from reality, and things like social media and apps, everything else functions the same or worse than it did in the past? Ever wonder why there was the so called “pause” in global warming and why none of Al Gore’s dire predictions came true; and now the planet seems to be cooling? I know the last one might strike a nerve with some people, so forget that one, if you have a problem with it.

Well, there is a possible answer to these and other questions raised about our 21st Century reality. It’s not really 2018; rather, it’s several decades later (or even more).

The “powers that be” have discovered a way to warp time by manipulating gravitational fields or perhaps electro-magnetically. Who knows, maybe the Hadron Collider in Cern is responsible (but I have no evidence of that).

What I am proposing is that we are periodically forced to repeat days, weeks, months — maybe even years — over and over, by those currently ruling the world. When these lapses in time occur, we have no memory of them, only feelings of fatigue or deja vu.

This explains all sorts of anomalies, paradoxes and strange things that millions of people are experiencing; and why the sci-fi future that we seemed to be on track for back in the 1960s never came to be.

There are many possible reasons why this is being done. First, the world has become a “corporatocracy,” and is now ruled by a board of directors who answer to the shareholders. These are "the elite" who made untold wealth on manipulating the financial markets along with inevitable social changes and potential revolutions. Second, artificial intelligence took over already — in fact, much earlier than we would possibly think — and it advanced to a point where the technology to warp time was created by the “machines” to control the human population (and enslave us). It created social media and smartphones as the means of controlling the masses. Ever wonder how something that didn’t exist a decade ago, could be the center of most people’s lives in such a short period of time? And how it has taken us to the point of dehumanization, and negating most of the achievements of the human race throughout history?

Third, there was an archeological discovery in Antarctica or the Middle East that unearthed technology from a civilization as old as 30,000, 100,000 or even a million years ago. There was technology there, or records of how to manipulate time. And those in power took control of it, and used it against most of the inhabitants of the planet. And lastly, and perhaps the least likely (but not completely out of the question), an alien civilization that is tens of thousands of years more advanced than us, invaded the Earth and enslaved us.

Any of these scenarios, or something even more bizarre, probably occurred sometime in the 1980s. Since, just prior to that, human civilization had reached a point where the Vietnam War ended, and people were beginning to live in harmony with one another. There was an explosion of artistic expression — most of which celebrated life. Music was mostly about the good life and love. The average person could afford to live a happy and fulfilled life. Poverty was being eliminated and more people were being educated than ever before. Then suddenly, it all started to fall apart (almost overnight).

Now it’s as if countries have become big “tax farms,” and people are treated like cattle. Most jobs are nothing more than wage-slavery. Most non-working hours are spent in diversionary activities. Peace and love seem to have been replaced by violence and hatred. Depression and suicides are at record levels. People are dying of diseases, despite a sophisticated (and expensive) health care system. The foods we eat and the water we drink are filled with toxins. There are wars or conflicts practically everywhere. And I don’t have to list it all — you’re living it.

What can be done about this? We have to find the machine, the algorithm or the people behind it, and expose them. Perhaps if enough people “wake up” to this reality, we can stop the warping of time. Otherwise, we’ll just continue on this course of monotony, like farm animals, until we die and are replaced by another human to take our place.

It’s pretty scary if it’s true. It seems plausible to me.
