Thoughts on Celebs And Their Recent Claims Of Liking Anime - Urusai

I will say this all the celebs who claim they like anime. They're posers they list a bunch of shit that's on Netflix or something that has become a meme. That's the equivalent of the guy who says they like metal and they say Metallica. Fuck outta here with that shit.

Yeah great Kim Kardashian apparently heard of Darling in the FranXX, of course I've heard of it I'm a filthy weeb. I watched it, it left me underwhelmed it's not doing anything that Vandread didn't do 15 years ago. And I have this issue with this shit, a bunch of normies will try overtaking another hobby, and I the Internet's Tsundere am not having it. If these celebs want to prove their cred name something that isn't on Toonami.

Because I am tired of Crunchyroll or MyAnimeList making the assertion they're one of us. No they are not, they will never be one of us not if their favorite anime are all the same crap. See I saw John Boyega list a bunch of actiony shounen shit, it's all the same shit put out by the same publisher in its Manga form. Yeah that's a rant for another time idiots, so wait for that.

See while I like a lot of harem series, I see them mostly as my guilty pleasure mindless entertainment that satisfy that feeling I secretly have of wanting to be loved. Urusai, don't read into that.

Here are a few series I consider my favorites, March Comes in Like a Lion, Sweetness and Lightning, Amagami, To Aru Majutsu no Index, and Monogatari are among my favorites. Notice something each is different, Amagami is a straight up romance series, Sweetness and Lightning is a cooking series, March Comes In Like a Lion is a Shogi series, To Aru is about a guy who has shitty luck and punches a lot of women, while Monogatari deals more with the paranormal. 

Now let's compare to what is on every celebrity's list, battle series, battle series, battle series, battle series, and oh what's this battle series!!! I'd at least respect them if Gintama was included since that show is basically a bunch of dick jokes!  

I just over all have a fragrant dislike of when some celeb says they like something we've seen this shit before with Table Top, a few actors say they like D&D and then every obnoxious normie invades the hobby then the cunty feminists show up and begin demanding special treatment. I want that shit to stay out of our weeb culture! They're not welcome in fact, I hate when mother fuckers who never had an interest in something automatically decide because some celebrity likes something it's automatically some fashion statement

I really, sincerely dislike when something we do for fun and to get away from the bullshit of life is turned into some trendy fashion statement, it completely destroys communities when these parasites descend on cultures. People wanna talk about cultural appropriation, this is what cultural appropriation really is. When the phonies come in and start acting like it's theirs now. We've seen gaming and comics suffer, fortunately Anime has a built in defense called Japan doesn't give a fuck, shut the fuck up you stupid gaijin cunts. Also long time fans who watch more than what is put on Toonami or Netflix won't allow it to be overtaken.
