I don't, in my day-to-day life, find myself talking often with vocal members of the "alt right". If I have encountered them, it was likely a two-second comment exchange on some social media.
From what I've gathered, the general consensus seems to be that the alt right are the politically right-leaning version of the far left. Extreme right and extreme left are also adequate labels, however I wouldn't really say both sides are equally comparable outside of how "extreme" their beliefs are.
On one hand (The left one) You have a group of people who have a supposedly idealistic view of the world which entails everyone being treated equally in the form of having a home, and a job ( In which pays you the same as your neighbor). There is this idea that there will be equal representation of race, gender, religion, age etc etc. everyone will be happy, no one will be poor or unable to get help, or feel left out... and anyone who disagrees will have to be hit with a bike lock, because they're obviously just a hateful bigot who deserves to die.
Are they actually considering the reality of things at all? no. there's a reason for unequal representation in the workplace, and that's because of preference. force people to exist in this very unnatural orderly fashion, and the far left's version of paradise turns quickly into a hell. I could pick apart their idea of the perfect world for ages, but we'll be here for a while.
On the other hand (The right one) You have a group of people that have taken in multiculturalism and decided that it's not beneficial to upkeep it in their country (being the US, maybe even the UK, idk) You tend to have very patriotic white nationalists in this group. (I don't really want to group them in with the KKK since i'm not really aware of that group having a political leaning, as far as I know, it's just a race thing for them)
Unlike the far left, I actually think the far right have considered reality a lot. mainly in the form of averages though. Black people commit more crime, Muslims commit more terrorism, SJWs are a thing that are shit. If I put my head to it, I could come up with a study based and fact based argument to convince the everyday person to join the alt right. The thing is though, before you slip down the side of that mountain, statistics only say so much, and only represent what they're made to measure.
The far left have a problem with identity politics and the far right don't know how to treat race and culture as individual things. The far left abuse their "facts and statistics", misinterpret and skew them as they wish while the far right (or the alt right) treat their facts and stats as the holy grail.
You can't generalize reality in the ways these groups do. If I focus on the alt right specifically, and all-white country will work out (If their white population actually stays put, instead of immigrating in a fit of rage about how "racist and awful their country is") but that's not because they're all white, or all one race. It's mostly because of for the most part, they all have the same morals, culture, general beliefs, education, even religion maybe... But, as i said, that's just for the most part. You're still going to have your bad guys and recession.
Imagine if the government actually wasn't encouraging the spread of misinformation and propaganda for the past hundred or so years? if they actually focused on education and not getting into ridiculous wars for the sake of money, allowing MSM to pin groups and races against each other for views and popularity. Do you really think we'd be producing such shits of people and cultures in our societies? BLM didn't come from Africa. It was made in America, shaped by it's culture and ridiculous education system. SJW rhetoric was also made in America and the UK and wherever else.
The problem doesn't lie within a race, so the solution can't be segregation. In the long run, segregation only hurts society, especially a corrupt society.
Gladly, the alt right hasn't resorted to violence and if they have.... alright, don't kid yourself, if they had it'd be all over the news.
Both extreme groups have some good points I agree with and some i don't, but the Alt right is doing better than the Alt left by miles.
On a smaller note:
Ya, immigration from anywhere anytime is bad. Limit it.
Immigration is not bad as a whole
Be proud of your race if you want idc
Be patriotic, good on ya
Yeah, some minorities suck, but fix your society first and then after things have settled down, re-evaluate.
Golden oreos are still nice.
