The ART of Acceptance

This video is about making peace with yourself and others & setting your own standards for your life. When we work through our own thought processes - when we sort our heads out - we can get to a place of balance = Good-Vibes!

Why have we made this video?  Well, it is so hard not letting things get to you. I want to hug myself - and try not to cringe - thinking about what a HUGE amount of time I spent overthinking things that someone else said or did. Not to mention all the time I spent dwelling on things that I have said, done - or not done.

In the past I have given FAR too much headspace to things that make me feel bad. I really used to take the actions of others so personally and be SO hard on myself.

This was until my friend Sarah pointed out how much of my life I was wasting. She helped me realise that I was overthinking things, spending more time in my head than was helpful or even healthy. Some good chats with Sarah really helped me to understand acceptance, what it means to me and how to make it work for myself.

Talk about an angel in my life!
