Today I would like to share some tips that can help each one of us restore our happiness and inner balance, influence our environment in the best possible way and boost our lives towards our highest good. I didn't invent them, I have discovered them through authors such as Sonia Choquette, Thich Nhat Hahn, Louise Hay and Julia Cameron, among others, and tested them with my own experience. Here is an easy way to implement what I have learned from their teachings:

1. Loving words and actions. Fill your life with as much Love as possible. Your words, your thoughts, your actions influence your brain, your cells, your feelings, your emotions and those of everyone around you. We are energy and we can choose what kind of vibration we send to the world in order to attract what we want to see in it. The more loving we are, the more loving people will approach us and we will inspire others to show their kind side too if they feel safe and are willing to do so. Only those who are not ready for it will leave, let them go with peace and welcome them back without any judgment or resentment when they feel ready for our good vibes.

2. Find time to play and have fun. What makes your heart sing? What are the activities that make you feel alive, happy, and 100% yourself? Do you practice them regularly? If not, you are very likely to feel stressed, depressed or even angry at life and at the world around you... Find time for yourself every day -at least 15 minutes- to practice things that boost your mood. The more projects you have in mind the more energy and inner balance you need to manifest them all in the healthiest way for yourself and others. So, remember that being in a good mood is not selfish, in fact, it is better for the whole world.

3. Meditation. Meditate daily to relax your mind and let wisdom step in to receive the inspiration you need to continue growing towards the best version of yourself. There are two basic types of meditation, passive and active, try both or chose the one that suits you better. Passive Meditation consists of finding a quiet space to breathe in and out in silence or chanting mantras such as "Om", "I am at peace", "I am Calm" or "I am loved" for as long as possible, but even 5 minutes a day can make a difference in our lives. For those who cannot stay still and think better in motion, there is Active Meditation which consists on focusing on some kind of physical activity that doesn't require our mind's attention, such as painting, house cleaning, handicrafts, bricolage, exercising or cooking for example. These activities free your mind in order to catch what really matters next.

4. Morning Pages. I found this magical tool in "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. Handwrite 3 pages, first thing every morning -or as early as possible-, with everything that comes to your hand, not minding for structure, repetition, grammar or coherency. Give it a try for at least 8 weeks and your creativity will flourish and influence any project you touch.

5. Take action. Once you receive the inspiration that feels true to your heart, don't let your mind block you with its Ego chatter and take action as soon as possible. Stop procrastinating and, one step at a time, you will reach all your inner dreams in your outer life too.

If you follow these five tips and transform them into natural habits, your life and career will start blooming in the most amazing way. Embrace every unexpected change with as much love as possible, release any past pain or future worry that might arise and start flowing with the good that is already present in your world. Expect miracles and don't block your own success! Enjoy! And thank you so much for reading this post. Feel free to share it if you want to help everyone improve their lives. Peace for all!
