1. The Bible

Even if you aren't religious the bible is a very good book with many wonderful life lessons about love and forgiveness and brotherhood. Also the stories themselves in the bible are great with interesting plots and characters. Just because you aren't a Christian doesn't mean it's not a wonderful book, just like people like Greek myths but don't believe in them. I myself am Christian but I am enthralled by the stories. The bible is full of interesting stories and good messages despite your personal beliefs.
