This Is Why I Need A Garden Map

In another blog post I talked about making a garden map.

This afternoon I was out in the garden doing a bit more tidying up and making a start on the weeds. Oh, I'm sorry... Native wildflowers, that have already begun to grow. 
It was while working that a reason as to why I need to get on with things and make that garden map became apparent.

Mysterious plant

I have no idea what that plant is. I'm guessing that it's a bulb I planted the other year... Possibly a lily?

I really have no clue what it is. I'm just going to have to wait and see if it flowers this year. 
The problem is that I planted a load of bulbs the other year and didn't make a note of what went where. To make it worse, like an idiot, I also didn't actually note what bulbs I planted.  *Sigh*

I recalled planting some lilies, A Canna lily, and a few other bulbs. 
It's a little early for most of them to be pushing, which, again, confuses me as to what the plant actually is. 

At least I will know for sure when the flowers come out.
