Today’s film and series industry is plagued by a number of challenges which hinders it from attaining the height of excellence expected of a much patronized business. The Way forward and out of this vortex of challenges is embedded in the unique, innovative and out of the box solution of a browser plugging that operates on the principle of the browser to recognize the content been streamed from any P2P or open server streaming site a customer may choose to stream from. The plugin identifies the content being streamed and permits users or potential subscribers to offer White Rabbit Tokens (WRT) to the content right holders (CRH). If the CR-Holders accept the tokens, it allows for payment of the content intended to be streamed by the subscriber is made available upon the successful completion of the smart contract initiated between the parties involved. If on the contrary, the CR-Holders decline to enter the smart contract with the intending streamer, future streams are warned that the CR-Holders do not intend to enter into any contract with the intending user and will be advised to discontinue process. Upon the understanding that there is no common ground, the White Rabbit will immediately notify the White Rabbit Partner Streaming Sites (PSS) to delist or remove that content from their selection. So in a sense, White Rabbit is creating the platform where the cogs that have limited and hindered the film industry from seeing new horizons and frontiers are scaled creating a platform for a win-win situation for both producers and viewers.
White Rabbit will ensure that every promise made is kept especially as per the area of digital distribution. White Rabbit will bring transparency and quality to the project ensuring that users get what they are paying for at the same time producers, artists, streamers and investors receive their rightful due without delay or having to face the challenges of a bureaucratic, bottleneck processes.
The White Rabbit Token (WRT) which is ERC20 standard compatible, will be purchased during the token sale via exchanges. The owners or holders of the WRT tokens may now stream content from P2P sites or from open servers using the WRT for subscription or payment. Upon the successful execution of a smart contract, the proceeds from such contracts are split in the pre agreed ratio or percentage between the Content Right Holder(s), White Rabbit, the PSS (depending upon whether they are registered or not). The tokens received the content Right Holders may then be converted to fiat currency.
