After the horrors of the first and second world war a new order was established in the west and institution’s that had endured for hundreds or even thousands of years were swept aside and done away with to make way for a new political and intellectual world order. This new order we are living in was either the liberal democracies of western European or the now none existent USSR if you are in eastern Europe. One of the primary goals of this new order in the west was to do away with the concept of the nation state. That is to say a country bound to a particular ethnicity and cultural norms. Seen as an archaic backwards morally unjustifiable social institution of a barbarian age and was attributed to many of the horrors of the world wars. So it was that the intellectual, social and political leaders of the west decided we would move on into the advanced and civilized world of nationless states. In response to their political actions we as nationalist must start reforming the way the west views itself as opposite of what this brave new world has planned for us by adopting the concept of a stateless nation. A people that exist within a country but are no longer bound to it. The existence of a country called England is not what makes the English exist if England ceases to be the English would continue regardless. The same could be said of any European nation Swedes, Danes, Germans etc. They are not a product of a state, those states are a product of them. We can no longer apply total and unfailing loyalty to a series of elected and sometimes unelected officials and political institutions that no longer consider themselves to be the physical manifestation of the will of a people. The focus should in this phase be on small scale community building and adopting a mindset that embraces the legitimacy of our nations as existing regardless of the approval of established political entities. They can no longer tell us we are going to cease to exist anymore it is no longer their decision to make. This concept is a foreign one to many westerners but is not one unheard of in the world examples of a people even European people existing as separate or even in spite of the approval of a countries government has been a reoccurring theme throughout history. From 1795 until 1918 Poland had ceased to exist as a national entity but despite no longer having a country of their own the poles would resist efforts to assimilate and degrade their ethnic group and today a country called Poland populate by ethnic Poles exists again. Greece was occupied by Turks from the late 15 hundreds until 1822. Despite the best efforts of the Turks the Greeks again are in possession of a country. The mindset itself can reignite a sense of kinship now all but lost in the west and desperately needed a somewhat vague but very powerful feeling that someone is of your blood, culture and wherever they go that is your real home that your history and destiny is tied to their own. But the most important thing adopting the mindset of a stateless nation can do is it can shift the entirety of the range of political discourse in the west when we finally force the powers that be to begrudgingly admit that we are here regardless of their approval.
