Follow up on yesterdays post. I was hoping for a peaceful transition of power in Zimbabwe but shots and explosions have been heard in and around the capital.

It saddens me to write this but it looks like there is some resistance to the military take over. The military is saying they are taking out enemies of Zimbabwe and nothing to get too concerned about it, they still intend to implement elections and a return to Democracy. This remains to be seen.
