Why every citizen in the US should be alarmed by the events in the Alabama Senate race (Judge Moore)

The people of Alabama spoke, and voted for a non-establishment candidate for the US Senate.  Last week, a month before the election with the non-establishment candidate well in the lead, allegations of sexual assault surfaced in the progressive left Washington Post.  In addition to the questionable timing, these allegations date back 40 years, which should give everyone pause to consider the validity of these allegations.

US Constitution 4th Amendment: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Fox News has joined with other leftist media outlets demanding that based on allegation alone, Judge Moore step down.  This, should bother even the moderates on the right.

What people should find very concerning is that we have a year now of demands by the Progressive left (read Marxists) that Republican candidates step down or be removed from office for allegation.

Note that there is no due process involved!  Judge Moore and Donald Trump are proclaimed "Guilty!" by media.  The complete lack of due process should alarm everyone.  A simple allegation it is proclaimed, should be enough to undermine the will of the voters in Alabama.  That my readers, is Stalinist!  Not the USA where we are to be presumed innocent until proven otherwise.

To point out the double standard.  Harvey Weinstein gets ignored by the same media and the media, including the New York Times, tried to bury the story.  If you still trust any media today, you are quite frankly a fool!

What I have continued to hear, even by Fox, is that "Women need to be believed!".  What if the woman makes a revenge claim as we see still proclaimed by "Mattress Girl"?  What if the person simply lies and innocent people are prosecuted as we saw with the Duke Lacrosse team? 

There are certainly real allegations of sexual assault, and my points do not diminish real allegations.  Nor is the intent to diminish any such claim.  The point is that all citizens are entitled to due process and a presumption of innocence until proven otherwise. 

In the case of non-establishment Republican Politicians, they are not given due process.  Establishment Republicans are even out attacking them.

A word of warning to people like John McCain, Lindsey Graham, and other Republicans who are happy to use these Stalinist tactics.  Most of Stalin's closest advisers and supporters were assassinated using the same tactics they used on others.  You reap what you sow!

The US Constitution enshrines due process, and you and your ilk are ignoring the law of the land.
