Feminine and Masculine and The Hermetic Principles

~The word “Gender” is derived from the Latin root meaning **to beget; to procreate ; to generate ; to create ; to produce.
GENDER is manifested in everything. The Masculine and Feminine Principlesever at work. This is true not only of the Physical Plane, but of the Mentaland even the Spiritual Planes. A moment’s consideration will show youthat the word has a much broader and more general meaning than the term “Sex,” the latter referring to the physical distinctions between male and female living things.~
The Ying and Yang above is a description of the male and female aspect. If you noticed within each is the opposite color dot. This explains that within the male is a female aspect and same goes for the feminine aspect has within a male part. It is the unity of both sides which make us whole.
Through the lens of correspondence, a deeper understanding can be gained and we begin to see that outside of physicality in the immaterial mental and spiritual realms, the manifestations of the masculine and feminine principles are somewhat less obvious but nonetheless just as prevalent as matter. Remember, matter is a manifestation of mind and emotions (i.e. E=Electric + motion=movement or vibration = emotion) are a manifestation of spirit which we recognize as feelings. Following this logic, we can begin to understand the less obvious manifestations of mind and spirit through the corresponding components of creation known as gender. Furthermore, some of the masculine and feminine emotional correspondences we can recognize are:

As listed above one can see that the Principle of Gender is all around and in everything. This is the dual nature of life that we struggle to understand. With the Principle of Polarity it starts to become clearer. We strive to know what is the Creator. We do this by combining the feminine with the masculine. This will bring us ever closer.
Remember that via the Principle of Correspondence,everything is mental in nature, “As above so below”, that the Creator is above these laws but are subjected to it when it enters our reality. It splits itself in order to experience this reality and to experience it through its creations. We are the creation of The All Knowing Creator. As Jesus once said “ If you know me then you know my father”.
Let not man nor obstacle prevent one from knowing the truth. Ever seek through ones experience the joy of life that is to be had once understanding settles upon the brow of the student.
The Seven Hermetic Principles

- "As above, so below; as below so above."This Principle embodies the truth that there is always a Correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of Being and Life.
III. THE PRINCIPLE OF VIBRATION.
"Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates."This Principle embodies the truth that "everything is in motion"; "everything vibrates"; "nothing is at rest"; facts which Modern Science endorses, and which each new scientific discovery tends to verify.
IV. THE PRINCIPLE OF POLARITY.
"Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet...”It explains that in everything there are two poles, or opposite aspects, and that "opposites" are really only the two extremes of the same thing, with many varying degrees between them.
V. THE PRINCIPLE OF RHYTHM
“Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.”This Principle embodies the truth that in everything there is manifested a measured motion, to and fro; a flow and inflow; a swing backward and forward; a pendulum-like movement; a tide-like ebb and flow; a high-tide and low-tide.
VI. THE PRINCIPLE OF CAUSE AND EFFECT.
"Every Cause has its Effect; every Effect has its Cause; everything happens according to Law; Chance is but a name for Law not recognized; there are many planes of causation, but nothing escapes the Law."It explains that: "Everything Happens according to Law"; that nothing ever "merely happens"; that there is no such thing as Chance... only law unseen.
VII. THE PRINCIPLE OF GENDER.

This is true not only of the Physical Plane, but of the Mental and even the Spiritual Planes.
Are masculine and feminine a polarity pair, or something different that each contains a polarity pair? Stating that a man or woman is a typical polarity is akin to stating that the earth is a polarity. The earth has a North and South pole, just as each individual human has a North and South pole, but depending on a person’s gender, is reversed. A man’s north magnetic polarity is his genitals (+) and his south magnetic polarity is his heart (-), while a woman’s north magnetic polarity is her heart (+) and her south magnetic polarity is her genitals (-). The synthesis then occurs within each person’s body between their two poles, but it’s reflected back by the other gender’s corresponding pole.
A male’s north magnetic pole’s answers (+) are a mirror of a female’s north magnetic pole’s answers (+), and the reverse is also true, while the male’s south magnetic pole’s questions (-) are a mirror of a female’s south magnetic pole’s questions (-), and the reverse is also true. The quality of our questions and answers are a vibrational match to one another, and thus we are able to see all of our pureness and impurities through our interactions with one another. Intimately understanding the Hermetic laws of correspondence, vibration, polarity, and gender, is essential to bridging the gap between the two genders in one’s own life and experience, as it will allow them to co-create harmoniously together.
