Do these missiles contain self-destruct devices to keep this technology from being recovered and reverse engineered by the enemy?

Are American lives being put at risk with search and destroy missions to assure that the unexploded Tomohawks aren't recoverable.

Is Raytheon being held accountable for such high incidents of failure in its products? i.e. Monetary reimbursements to American taxpayers? Raytheon executives investigated, arrested, convicted in an American Court of Law and then sentenced to long prison terms for knowingly selling faulty armament to the US military and for knowingly covering up the facts that they were aware their missiles weren't reliable (treason).

And lastly , were America actually be required to fight a legitimately declared war of self-defence our enemies would have prior knowledge that 1/3 of our missiles don't work.

What else in our US military arsenal does not work?

Congress needs to get to the bottom of these failures and hold Raytheon and its executives accountable!

Congress is responsible for declaring legitimate wars and if it declares war using faulty armaments our ass is grass!
