Was Johnson Targeted by POTUS?

Dallas shooter, Micah Johnson, a victim of a hate crime? Or, was he targeted by the President of the United States for death because of his alleged role in the discriminate shooting of Dallas's police officers?

Someone, somewhere, was, Mr.  Johnson's judge, jury, and executioner. Either he was a victim of a hate crime perpetrated by Texas in retaliation for the carnage in Dallas, or the President ordered the drone strike that killed, Mr. Johnson via a robotic bomb. Either way, Mr. Johnson, was denied due process.

Think about it. A precedent has been set. Americans are now allowed to be murdered on American homeland soil by government agents, just like my previous blog pointed out!
