PART II
ACTUALLY, the following occurred at the end and not before too. I had had a running editorial tete'tete with an unknown person, or persons knowledgeable in the actual cause of the S.S. Challenger disaster. All I do remember is that the demeanour of their letter was a warning to cease and desist in my endeavor. They inferred that my explanation of the mysterious hydrogen leaks of the rocket motors and valves bore credence, yet, as pertains to the Hydrogen Chambers, mere speculation on my part and they didn't even mention the gold.
This same person, at an earlier time, had rebutted a letter to the editor I had written about President Bush's taxpayer funded parachute jumps.
In both instants the underlying current of thought suggested I drop my writing endeavors, i.o.w...cease and desist, or else.
