What you need:
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4 TBSP Organic Raw Honey
10-11 Mashed Cloves Garlic
1-2 cups Water
1 Medium Glass jar 12-16oz
*1 lemon
*2 slices of ginger
[ *optional ]
You may simmer garlic in the water then mash and strain. Then add the rest of the ingredients or add all the ingredients at once and allow to ferment for a few hours then mash and strain.
Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
For colds and flu take 1 tsp hourly or 2x a day for good measure mixed in tea.
