Decades-old footage of people getting asked about cell phones has hilarious results

This ancient footage (from 1999) shows the disinterest people had for cell phones, including the solid belief that they would never need to be contacted anywhere but their home.

And there'll always be a pay-phone close by.

In a day when people use their smart-phones near obsessively, this is a hilarious throw-back to the days before the mobile web.  Only 17 years ago and the tech had not bloomed.
