World View Enterprises has finally found their destination; their headquarters will be built in Prima county, Arizona. The decision was greatly influenced by the weather; skies are clear in Arizona, most of the time, and ideal for launch conditions.
The company is known for taking 100,000 pound loads into space and the expedition into manned space travel will let them take tourists into the upper atmosphere for two-hour journeys.
Here is a test flight from October, 2015
Up to eight people will fit in the pod, including six passengers and two crew members. The vessel is lifted when helium is injected into the balloon. Once the epic journey is complete, the pilot will release helium and the entire mechanism descends.
