Technically a motorcycle, because it has less than 4 wheels, the Raht Racer is a pedal powered motor vehicle that can travel highway speeds.

It has an onboard battery which can be charged by plugging into a household outlet or by peddling.  It has two seats, a roll cage, air bags and seatbelts, as well as enough room to store your luggage for a daily commute.  The pedal torque of the driver is enhanced by the onboard computer, propelling the machine to well over 65mph.  If you don't feel like pedalling, you can turn the throttle; the computer will take over and drive for you.

The Raht Racer is currently in prototype mode, though the final version will be able to reach speeds of 100mph.  A kickstarter is currently active to fund mass production.
