“Cleaning My Room”: From Shareholder to Director to Officer.

I was only taught one way to “make money” in school, and this way was taught to me so that I would be an adult that could be easily fleeced by the MACHINE later. I’m part of the millennial generation, we failed, our time is pretty much over so we have to make sure our children are not failed like we were.

After losing everything, in a very literal sense, I was embolden to find out “why I got fucked” and that’s a rabbit hole I’m still falling down years later. The Short story is: it’s the lawyers who are fucking you,  #ScottIsAlwaysRight,  I was clueless about the nature of money, and I was ignorant of who I AM. 

There is a sense of freedom that comes with the constraints of having NOTHING, but only if you know where you’re going. Without a clear goal and progress towards it with the expectation One’s endeavor will pay off, life becomes a very gloomy place. No education is better than the current education being taught to children, there is deprogramming and reprogramming that must occur if they are to become functional adults. I’m writing this to respond to every IDIOT mother, father, parent, and/or guardian who has ever uttered the words “how will they get a job?”.
 

NOW THINK: What do the kids need a “job” for?
And WHY would they trade away a third of their life for that?
Is it because you’re too stupid/evil to make sure they have the opportunities to actually succeed?
Do you like keeping them below you?

Notice that just now I’m asking why the answer to your first question is “so they can get money”?

What your kids actually need, is to understand what a CORPORATION is, the difference between PRODUCING AND CONSUMING, and what DEBITS and CREDITS are. With any luck your children will develop a healthy relationship with debt instead of the toxic one your ignorance has bestowed upon them. What follows is what I learned the hard way, based on a very simple mechanism that JUST SOME GUY ™ on the internet showed everyone, GO LOOK at what I'm pointing at, start with the Story of Dustin… “Dustin MyHead”. Parents should probably not read it if they’re Christian as the “backfire effect” will likely harm someone you claim to love.
 

Ok Kids; Time to “chat” about “responsibility”.

I’m assuming you’re at least above average intelligence for a 12 year old, if you’re younger than that and understand what you’re reading, pat yourself on the back and start learning about Linux because you’ll need that skill soon. Also, take a moment to fully appreciate that you will die one day, If your parents got the regular Christian programming in one of it’s “flavors”, you might think that you have a life after this one, and that’s the idea that will cause you to waste the most precious thing you possess. ACCOUNT for your miserable existence, CARRY YOUR CROSS and be a GOOD STEWARD. When you stop believing in fairy tales, then you’ll understand what that means.

In order to be a PROPER STEWARD we need to set up a POLITY to GOVERN, the particular POLITY that we’ll be setting up is a CORPORATION with LIMITED LIABILITY for the SHAREHOLDERS. Ideally one will incorporate in a COMMON LAW jurisdiction, but in all cases you will need to understand the STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS for creating such a POLITY.

In all cases there will be these 3 things, these three things might/may/could have different names if your jurisdiction redefined some words (look up the words) but understanding who does what is the most important exercise. These should be conceptualized as different hats One might wear, One may wear many hats or no hats, One hat may work most of the time and that hat might change many times in the day, the point is that the "meat sack" is very different than the part the "meat sack" plays in this FICTION we have created for NAVIGATING COMMERCE. In commerce we must comprehend basic bookkeeping and corporate structure, and then continuously expand that knowledge to see the repeating patterns that make up all institutions that form our civilization. The Bank buildings downtown are real, but the Bank itself only exists on PAPER and eventually (perhaps though not LEGALLY desirable) only on computers.

If you want to see an organization of adults come together to play this “game” you have only to look at what goes on at a MUNICIPAL / TOWN HALL MEETING or school board meeting, ask yourself if that entity exists on paper too. This doesn’t change as you climb up the ladder of abstracted hierarchy that creates a nation. 

SHAREHOLDERS: (sometimes called stockholders) Are anyone who is not the corporation that holds a beneficial claim to a portion of the EQUITY, ASSETS, and VALUE. The shares come in different types so you should learn about them and where the biggest corporations exchange theirs every day.

DIRECTORS: (Like a Mayor and his Council) Make up the BOARD of the GOVERNING body, Directors are accountable to SHAREHOLDERS as TRUSTEES are accountable to the BENEFICIARIES. If you ever come across a “Freeman on the Land” or a self proclaimed “Sovereign Citizen” (that's an oxymoron) you will start to see why they are useful idiots of the people who enslaved your parents… and you. 

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM:(CEO, CFO, President, “Chief People” OFFICER, SECRETary) I don’t care what you decide to call these things but the United States President, Vice President etc. is a real life example of what I'm talking about. These are the ACTORS who get things done between meetings. The SECRETARY has a unique role that acts as a bridge between Operations and the Board of directors, this is the most important Officer position.

How it works:

Presuming you understand the requirements in your JURISDICTION, the SHAREHOLDERS will generally create a document agreeing to establish a corporate entity with limited liability. The first meeting will be held and WRITTEN DOWN so the DIRECTORS can be notified of their election or appointment, so shares can be issued, and even OFFICERS appointed, a SECRETary makes sure the data is documented, and stored for later reference. I equate this to “setting up a network” as we are going to TRAFFIC DATA through the LEDGER when we start spending and receiving money. One of the most interesting pieces of brainwashing I had to overcome was the idea of LAUNDERING and that no one cares if the LAUNDRY machine washes CLEAN CLOTHES.

We will write our own bylaws;
We will write out own Articles/Charter;
We will document everything so it can be produced/referenced again later easily.
We will Issue Shares.

Now that the Corporation Exists, and the Directors have some AUTHORITY, they will delegate AUTHORITY to the EXECUTIVE OFFICER(s) who will set up any operational and/or management positions needed. In small corporations, all the "hats" may be worn by the same "meat sack", but not necessarily at the same time all the time either. If this is confusing then remember we are doing accounting and can point to each time a “hat” was worn for TRANSACTION PURPOSES,  a corporation must act through its agents so remember which "hat" you're wearing.

Now your corporation needs to PRODUCE something others want, OR YOU WILL STARVE, and for most of you (and your parents) this will be contrary to your NATURE for you have been raised as an ignorant CONSUMER.

To illustrate this point, consider your credit cards (especially the SECURED ONES, really think of that). Most of you go into debt to buy CONSUMABLES that are for CONSUMPTION and not PRODUCTION. If I borrow 2000 dollars to buy a computer and I PRODUCE nothing with it but “Fortnite Stats [link]” then what's my long term benefit? If you’re a MALE reading this, then Epic Games PRODUCED the “Nineteen Eighty-Fortnite” video to bitch about Apple stealing their VALUE; it kind of obscures the fact that Epic Games is stealing your value/time, ponder that. Don’t get me wrong, I like a no scope double headshot as much as the next guy… but you will die one day giving the sum total of your life to the machines and programs built by better men than YOU, instead of building these yourself.

Grow up PROPERLY, kiddo.

Never use unproductive debt, to see where that leads you only need to observe your Government print/conjure new money (debt in transit) into existence and produce NOTHING of value with it. This observation will help you understand that you only need money (debt in transit) when you’re spending it; think about how wonderful it would be to have access to someone else's million dollars for a two million dollar idea you have… that’s CREDITWORTHINESS and/or CREDIBILITY.

If you manage to stumble across the writings of Scott Duncan (go look) everything I’ve explained here should help you see what he’s pointing at when he says “the Law Society is the enemy" and "Legal is just the LAW of SURETY and ACCOUNTING".

So we have covered briefly how to establish an entity to NAVIGATE COMMERCE, but what about the bookkeeping? Money comes in and money goes out, it’s really not hard to total all these transactions if you’re diligent. A lot of people struggle or fail here because they build poor systems to track financial data. Understanding how to build your own system is crucial to becoming your own accountant and/or Chief Financial Officer. This is the most effective use of the “clean your room” metaphor I’ve found, and I never would have made the connection if JUST SOME GUY ™ on the internet hadn’t kept a promise to someone else and if he hadn’t bound others to show me what I’ve promised/been bound to show you… do you see how that TRANSFER of RESPONSIBILITY works?

So keep your promises, you’re only as good as your word, and your actions demonstrate the value of the word. Carry your cross, Clean your room, and DO your own accounting. I hope this encourages you to see the reality that you have more opportunities than your parents managed to piss away, and that you can be so much more than them if you use your time PRODUCTIVELY, and remember... COMPUTER SCIENCE IS THE ANSWER TO EVERYTHING.
