Decentral NEON EXCHANGE Overview| ICO Dates

Today there is a short article about decentralized exchanges, more precisely about neonexchange.

The reason for this is the announcement of the start date of the NEX ICO. Correctly heard, after already at the beginning of the year first voices emerged concerning the project, then now the starting dates for the token sales are fixed and communicated.
