How Can People Still Possibly Like Trump?

(An Independent Prespective)

A lot of Liberals are pissed. How can anyone, especially an independent not only stand Trump but actually like him? Have they not seen the news? Do they not understand what he stands for? I, the person writing this am a centralist and I want to answer commonly placed questions I always hear Liberals ask along with some comments as to why things are the way they are.

Now firstly I'd like to get to the root of the problem

UC Berkley fire, if the left is going to set things on fire can they at least bring some marshmallows? 

You're average building while a debate between a right and left winger takes place. I'm not being cute they actually set buildings on fire.

Stop shutting down Conservatives you idiots. Despite what you think if you shut down a Conservative speaker you are not censoring them. Believe it or not we have this thing called the internet and yes we moderates hear the Conservative points. The problem when you shut these things down is no one can counter them during question period.

Not only that but these “shut downs” will happen with debates as well. Public shaming fellow Liberals for daring to debate a Conservative as that will increase awareness of the Conservative and spread hate. Really what's happening is

1) A Conservative will bring up a brand new point against immigration,

2) There's no debate against said point publicly and is only kept within Liberal circles. There's no feedback so if the counter point is weak it takes a while for Liberals to realize it

3) It takes weeks to see any real feedback between sides. The Conservative movement had a super head start compared to the Liberal one.

Liberals are just taking to long to counter Trump's points. By the time an effective counter can be made it's too late and spread to an excess of people. It's a lot easier to get something into someone's mind than out of it.

When your opponents talk about what a horrible job you're doing with the economy during a strong economy.

The most common thing I hear is that Trumps tactics will eventually bite America in the ass. Well to that I say obviously the economy will eventually take a dip. That doesn't mean someone's strategy is wrong. This to me is just the media waiting for a decline so they can proclaim what a bunch of mistakes Trump made. A Liberal might be taking this point seriously but as a moderate I can see right through it, sorry.

When you have billions in assets but your billionaire status is being questioned.

So there's the Trump isn't qualified point people llllooovvveee to spout at me. Trump is a billionaire and is dealing with more money than a lot of countries on the planet. He see's where America's weaknesses are in their business policies. He cut a lot of red tape first thing when he was sworn into office.

People love to say he's had many failed businesses (looking at you Young Turks). If you ever watched Dragons Den or Shark Tank you see them buying up to 50% (or more) of businesses all the time. They own those businesses. Do you take Kevin'O'Leary any less seriously because a lot of businesses he bought on that show didn't work out? Not really, Kevin would have been just fine in life not investing in anything. They (and Trump) invest in order to spread the wealth around and help people like you live their dreams. This is not a good point against Trump at all and just shows me Liberal ignorance.

When you're making so much that you're going to have to let in more immigrants because there literally isn't enough people to fill jobs.

People love to say Trump has nothing or very little to do with the stock market success of America. This is one of the dumbest things I've heard in my life. You saw it shot up when he was stating his plan for the country and dip when there was talk of impeachment. Whenever he announces new plans it just seems to keep rising. Like honestly this is fucking denial and no Hilary wouldn't have had the same results.

Trumps one of the main draws for Twitter and they think they can get him banned from it.

It's funny because Trump won because of Twitter. I don't really have a point here I just think it's funny that one man could literally stand up to almost every single powerful family in the world with just his phone. What an age to be alive.

I don't agree with the President shit posting more than Disney with Star Wars but I don't think we should ban him. How many damn Tradesmen called the Government stupid and wished for someone with common sense only to be pissed he uses Twitter like an idiot? You can't get someone perfect in office. If he's doing a good job just bite the bullet and accept his flaws.

In conclusion you can call me racist, bigoted, anti-LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ all you want to but it's a private vote. As long as you keep slinging slurs instead of slinging points you can enjoy Trump 2020 and Kanye 2024. If we could stop punching people in Make America Great Again hats and accept there are people with different political views the Liberal movement might be able to make some progress.
