Napoleon was a French Statesman and Military Leader of Italian descent who rose to prominence during the French Revolution (1789 to 1799) and led several successful campaigns during the French Revolutionary Wars.
Napoleon was the Emperor of France (Napoleon I) from 1804 to 1814.

The Napoleonic Wars took place between 1803 and 1815.
The Napoleonic Wars were a series of major conflicts pitting the French Empire and its allies, led by Emperor Napoleon I against a fluctuating array of European Powers formed into various coalitions, financed and usually led by the United Kingdom.

The “Congress of Vienna” was a meeting of ambassadors of European states chaired by Austrian statesman Klemens Von Metternich and held in Vienna from November 1814 to June 1815. The object of the Congress was to provide a long-term peace plan for Europe by settling critical issues arising from the French Revolution and Napoleonic Wars.
The First League of Nations

The idea was that the leaders of the European Nations that formed the Congress in Vienna (who were in debt to the House of Rothschild) would serve as “stooges”.
The Czar of Russia caught the stench of this plot and completely torpedoed it.
The enraged Nathan Rothschild vowed that he or his descendants would destroy the Czar of Russia and this was accomplished in 1917.

These Great Conspirators finance and support both sides of these conflicts, we call "War." It's like Professional Wrestling with human casualties, a promoter at the top controls the outcome of the choreographed battle in the wrestling ring.
The Great Conspirators put into power, finance, and promote famous war hawks like "Napoleon". "Napoleon" didn't gain his fame on his own accord, he was a puppet stooge!
The plot is to drive the people of these Nation's tired of the conflicts, that they will accept any solution. The solution is simple, accept the One World Government.
The plot was derailed, because of the Czar of Russia. The Great Conspirators vowed revenge and successfully destroyed the Czar of Russia in 1917.
Think about what transpired with Russia afterwards, with Joseph Stalin and the rise of "Communism"? Was this punishment to the Russian People for the Czar of Russia standing up to these "Great Conspirators?"
Remember, the Mass Communications Media, is controlled by these "Great Conspirators." Through these Mass Communications Media forums, here in America, "We the People" are force-fed the idea, that Russia is a boogeyman. During one of the debates of the 2016 election, the future 45th POTUS, made the suggestion, "what if we got along with Russia?" (sounds like common sense, right?)
"They" control us through fear, "they" need Russia, to give us something to fear.
If we got along with Russia, we would lose our fear. They would lose their control.
