In his 1967 lecture, Myron C. Fagan explains:

The Set-up of the CFR

In the United States of America following World War I, the “Illuminaticonspirators setup the “Council on Foreign Relations”. The CFR’s hierarchy are the descendants of the original Illuminati Conspirators

Who is the CFR?

Council on Foreign Relations” (Wikipedia explanation) - The CFR founded in 1921, is a United States “non-profit” think tank specializing in US foreign policy and international affairs.

Some of the founders include: David Rockefeller, Paul Warburg, and 31st POTUS Herbert Hoover.

CFR members include - senior politicians, more than a dozen secretaries of state, CIA directors, bankers, lawyers, professors, and senior media figures

Council on Foreign Relations” (their own website, under the “about” section) - The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank and publisher dedicated to being a resource for its members, government officials, business executives, journalists, educators and students, civic and religious leaders, and other interested citizens in order to help them better understand the world and the foreign policy choices facing the United States and other countries. Founded in 1921, CFR takes no institutional positions on matters of policy. Our goal is to start a conversation in this country about the need for Americans to better understand the world.

What does “nonprofit” mean?

Nonprofit” (Google definition) - (1) not making or conducted primarily to make a profit (2) a nonprofit “organization”

Nonprofit” (Merriam Webster) - not conducted or maintained for the purpose of making a profit

Nonprofit” (dictionary dot com) - (1) not established for the purpose of making a profit; not entered into for money (2) a nonprofit organization, institution, corporation, or other entity

Nonprofit” (Black’s Law Dictionary) - the term given to activities that don’t lead to making a profit

(now the CFR website has a “support CFR” page, so they accept donations and have an annual fund, so I suppose this “nonprofit” organization accepts money - meaning they are making a “profit”?)

What's a Profit?

Profit” (Black’s Law Dictionary) - It is total revenue minus total cost. It is the amount on which the tax is levied.

Profit” (Google Dictionary) - a financial gain, especially the difference between the amount earned and the amount spent in buying, operating, or producing something

(if the CFR accepts donations, does that sound like a “financialgain?)

British Institute of International Affairs

In England - they setup the “British Institute of International Affairs

The “British Institute of International Affairs” has changed names to the “Royal Institute of International Affairs” and its Wikipedia Entry is under the name “Chatham House”.

The “Chatham House” (Wikipedia Entry) - The “Royal Institute for International Affairs," commonly known as the “Chatham House”, is a “not-for-profit” and “non-governmental organization” whose mission is to analyze and promote the understanding of major international issues and current affairs.

Founder: Lionel Curtis

The “Chatham House” website, “about” page - Our Royal Charter and Bye Laws lay out the aims and objectives that we have worked towards since we were founded in 1920. We offer policy solutions grounded in certain core principles: rule of law, representative and accountable government with effective separation of powers, open and well-regulated markets, a vibrant media and civil society that enables informed public debate, a cooperative approach to international affairs based on the concept of an international society

The “not-for-profit”, “Chatham House” also accepts Funds and Donations (does this sound like a “financial gain”?)

Chatham House Rules

Chatham House Rules” (Wikipedia) - provides that guests attending a meeting may discuss the content of the meeting in the outside world, but may not discuss who attended or identify what a specific individual said. The Chatham House Rule evolved to facilitate frank and honest discussion on controversial or unpopular issues by speakers who may not have otherwise had the appropriate forum to speak freely

The Purpose of these Organizations

The Illuminati Conspirators set up numerous front organizations that infiltrate into every phase of every nations affairs

All of these front organizations are owned and operated by the international bankers, who in turn are controlled by the Rothschilds.

Conclusion

What is Myron C. Fagan explaining to us?

The Council on Foreign Relations was setup by rogue figures to control the national affairs of the United States of America

These are unelected "officials", that sit behind the America Government, and dictate policy. These "officials" may not get elected to office by "We the People", but they select and control those who do get elected to office.

The "Illuminati Conspirators" set these organizations up, not just in the United States, but in Nations all around the World to infiltrate and control their affairs.
