Rambling Particle Theory...

If certain things especially on a quantum or particle level only happen while being observed, but obviously still occur when not observed... Either the theory is wrong, it proves the existence of God or a sentient universe, or I am not understanding the theory properly.

They don't occur when not observed. Check out the delayed voice experiment that expands on the dual slit experiment sometime. Things change based on whether or not they're observed or measured. Kind of like video game. It's definitely an argument for intelligent design as well as an argument for the simulation theory.

Or they occur due to our future observation, given time as we know it doesn't actually exist, it's simply our perception of a spacial dimension...
