For those of you that continue to fight 'government' officials in the vain attempt to force them into compliance with the Constitution of either the state or federal governments, I have one piece of advice... start fighting from a position of knowledge; not a knowledge of the Constitution, which many of you are more than competent to do, but from a knowledge of the truth regarding the true nature of what passes as government today.
March 27, 2018, marked the 157th anniversary of the birth of the mess we call government today and you haven't yet gotten the memo. Why do you suppose so many lose battles in the judiciary when they fight on constitutional grounds? Why do you suppose so many judges refuse to permit constitutional arguments in their courtrooms? Why do you think judge's instructions to the jury that are in clear violation of the powers of the jury are tolerated? Why do you suppose there are thousands of gun laws when the Constitution clearly prohibits them?
I could go on and on for hundreds of pages on the usurpations that have become "law" in contravention of the Constitution, but you already know about them all; yet continue to act as though 'government' will still somehow honor their obligations under it... why? The corruption of constitutional principles is so flagrant, yet intelligent and articulate people continue to act as though the system will suddenly wake up and return to the bonds the Constitution placed on their offices... I consider that flawed reasoning that ignores common sense.
Unless and until the current corrupt system is brought down by non-compliance and defensive force, it will only continue down the path of tyranny and despotism. There will be no court case, demonstration, petition, remonstrance, act of Congress, Executive Order, or election that will return this 'government' to constitutional limitations because it never was under them in the first place; that government was set aside to force the southern states, in fact all states, to conform to the will of the District of Columbia.
I understand the fear and apprehension that comes with the realization of the truth regarding what passes as government today. The tendency to comply in order to avoid conflict is natural when you have loved ones that will be in harm's way, but the consequences of tolerating the evil we face today is far worse for posterity than the effects we face if we continue tolerating it. Most people will never resist with more than words, they never have and never will. Most will cower under the heel of their oppressors and live their lives in fear rather than raise up arms to free themselves; that job has always fallen onto others, typically removing one tyrant for another as a result.
There is no illusion in my mind, that most people are any different than their predecessors, they will do exactly what their fathers did... nothing. With the advent of the Internet however, knowledge of the truth has grown more than it has for millennia in human consciousness; making it more than a little possible that at least some of us will experience true freedom.
The truth enables us to utilize reason to make rational decisions about our lives... to choose the right path to walk upon that will lead us to happiness and prosperity. Until recently, the truth was occulted from us; used against us for the benefit of psychopaths who's only concern is for themselves. For the first time, likely in the history of mankind, there is hope that we will form a society of mankind that is free.
