Be Advised I am Exercising my 1st Amendment Rights As Guaranteed Under the Constitution!
To whom it may concern,
I at one point trusted that our government with our rights.
Yet due to recent comment made by public servants and actions taken by public corporations,
I had to rethink all that I knew.
Recently certain members of congress and political candidates along with the president himself,
sought to bring in more so called gun control legislation upon the law abiding citizens.
In light of these comments and attempts at public policy I have decided the following.
The government has superseded and circumvented it's own legally binding document.
The document we have all come to know as the Constitution and Bill Of Rights.
Cetrain people like Eric Swalwell and Robert Frances Beto Orourke began to speak of a buy back program.
I considered their idea of buying my guns, yet they called it a buy back and frankly speaking,
the government never had ownership of my guns to begin with.
Which means they have an aptitude for embellishing the truth for popularity gains.
Then Eric the swallow Swalwell threatened a fellow American with thermonuclear war.
Swalwell after making a threat of genocide against Americans who refused his ideology still remains in power.
That was a treasonous statement he made and one of physical death upon the American people yet the media and most Americans never called him out.
He was never censored for his statements, nor did he face charges of terroristic threats let alone terrorism under the patriot act.
He claims he has the freedom of speech, yet sought to silence all who called him out.
What about the fire in a theater doctrine?
Are members of congress and senate above the law now?
Yet let's move forward in both parties on the right the likes of Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruise, and even Donald Trump have said they are open to taking your rights without due process of law.
That is a violation of the fourth amendment.
Yet not only have many on the right become soft and open top violating our rights but so have many on the left.
Every single member of the democratic party who is running for president has in one way or another supported gun control and confiscation.
Now before I can buy a gun I must pass a federal background check.
These checks flag people unable to purchase guns.
Yet most law enforcement agencies are never notified so that those attempting to purchase guns are arrested.
Felons know they cannot purchase guns as do violent offenders yet many still try.
Police are supposed to pick these people up and charge them.
Yet these laws are often not followed.
Why?
Is the government neglectful in it's duties to the people?
YES they are!
Yet they willfully seek to violate your rights even further with gun bans, red flag laws, registration databases, Mandatory buy back programs, and Confiscation.
Now as a responsible legal gun owner how would it be responsible for me and others to hand our weapons,
over to a group who has:
Lied to the people to obtain perceived permission to violate the rights of others.
Attempted to manipulate the data of studies.
Attempted to force compliance through physical threat of death.
Violated their oath of office.
Violated their legally binding contractual agreement with the people.
Has willingly threatened the lives of individuals.
Threatened to commit genocide and thermonuclear war against good folks.
Lastly threatened Financial ruin, imprisonment, and or death,
by the very weapons they seek to remove from you and I.
Now if I sold my gun to an individual who did 1 of the things above I could be held legally liable.
It would be construed as a failure on my part to identify a public threat.
So with great prejudice I must decline to sell my weapons,
or allow them to be confiscated by such a public danger.
I love my country and I come from a family of patriots who were here in every sense,
before the United States became a nation.
While you have the right to not have a gun you do not have the right to take away my rights without my consent.
I will never consent to such action.
The government allows abominable acts upon Children at tax payers expense in multiple ways.
From abortion to the Gay indoctrination in schools.
Furthermore the government has far more unelected officials than elected.
They were not given our authority directly or indirectly.
Unless or until the government decides to live within it's own constraints and mandates why should we?
A government Of, By, and For the people means the people not elected officials hold power.
The Constitution guarantees the people a right of redress of grievances.
Yet unless you have money for a lawyer the supreme court will not hear your case and even then,
Most times have become yes men to the political ideology of the sitting administration.
The last remedy?
Look to the Declaration of Independence.
That is the legally Binding document where your answers lay.
I am in no way advocating for violence I am advocating the government revert to within it limitations and bounds!
Yet for the government to continue to push good people towards the precipice of Tyranny is unacceptable.
It's high time for them to be purged from their crystal palaces and replaced with good people.
Common people who have a true grasp of reality and not dreams of grandeur.
So I will conclude with this.
Once the government make criminals and monsters out of their law abiding populace,
it reflects the criminality of the leadership.
Career politicians and parties must be abolished!
People should run on ideas alone and have equal access to the media and the people.
Thus the ideas win the day not party affiliation.
Lastly Any and all attempts to push socialism and or communism should be considered seditious and treasonous.
All actions no matter the office and or title of a person that seek to destroy, usurp, undermine, or remove the God given and Constitutionally Guaranteed rights of the people, should be treated and construed as treasonous acts against the American people.
