Going to kill two birds with one stone.

Update on my mom in law Lois. . .more difficult to get through the nursing home facility she is in to talk with her on the phone.

Makes me sad she wasn't allowed to come stay with my family as we had requested.

Last time we spoke as she was always an avid reader and liked C.S. Lewis, I asked if she read the Screwtape Letters. She had, and wanted me to read to her a little.

After reading the preface, as soon as we got to my Dear Wormwood. . .there was a lot of yelling in the background. My mom in law laughed and she said the others had come into the room. She told me some of the people there were volunteers and some were staff.

It is possible they were joking around with her, they said she was trouble and that was why they called her trouble. Then they were yelling out for a mop. It is possible she had spilled water as she has told me she is always very thirsty. She is on a variety of meds and some of the side effects can be thirst.

They asked her who she was on the phone to and she told them her daughter in law, Melissa (many know me as I call daily) then Lois said she had to go to the bathroom, to give her 10 minutes and try to call back. I didn't want her to rush because some of the side effects of the meds they have her on cause dizziness and she had already taken more tumbles and she said she blew out her knees. I told her I would call back in 15min.

Please keep her in your prayers that she will get stronger and all negative side effects will be flushed from her system.

Today I am covering the beginning portion of The Screwtape Letters.

Isn't it interesting it was dedicated to J.R.R. Tolkien

Tolkien was born on 3 January 1892 in Bloemfontein in the Orange Free State (later annexed by the British Empire; now Free State Province in the Republic of South Africa), to Arthur Reuel Tolkien (1857–1896), an English bank manager, and his wife Mabel.

Mabel Tolkien taught her two children at home. Ronald, as he was known in the family, was a keen pupil. She taught him a great deal of botany and awakened in him the enjoyment of the look and feel of plants.

So back to the Screwtape Letters. ..Coincidence it starts out Dear Wormwood?

From the letter, those taken in by what Screwtape's intentions and goals are would say Yes. Those who see the intent of Screwtape to literally defy and attempt to negate logic Know Better.

But as C.S. Lewis would say, there is no point in trying to argue with them, for those who believe they already "know it all" are not inclined to actual logic.

The book starts out with these two quotes following the dedication to Tolkien. . .

“The best way to drive out the devil, if he will not yield to texts of

Scripture, is to jeer and flout him, for he cannot bear scorn.”

“The devill… the prowde spirite…. cannot endure to be mocked.”

— Thomas More

Those types will Never give this post, nor The Screwtape letters another look. As they go completely against their preconceived notions and the idea that "they are always right, and god's unto themselves and others."

Screwtape goes on to tell his nephew, Wormwood,

> Don’t waste time trying to make him think that materialism is true! Make him think it

is strong, or stark, or courageous — that it is the philosophy of the future. That’s the

sort of thing he cares about.

What's interesting about Wormwood are the different ways it appears in the Bible.

As a plant, the tincture has been used to cure. . .you guessed it. The Powers that be do Not let people even say the word.

That in and of itself should be a Tell, yet as you will find in the Screwtape Letters, people who feel self important, don't realize they have been played to follow the mindset that is basically screwing them over.

Our job is to deliver messages about the matrix, if they wish to stay there. . .Universal law is they make their own choice. Our side does not force and push as their side does.

Even by a source I believe the Gatekeepers and their followers would approve (they get wonky when it challenges their mindset though) WebMd states the following for Wormwood,

Wormwood is an herb. The above-ground plant parts and oil are used for medicine.

Some people apply wormwood directly to the skin for osteoarthritis (OA), and healing wounds and insect bites. Wormwood oil is used as a counterirritant to reduce pain.

Along with being referenced as a bitter herb in the Bible (Bitters were used to get rid of the bad bugs) it is also used in Revelation 8:10-11

10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;

11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

Stay Safe out there and Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing or should a say snakes in the grass. Is it a coincidence the symbolism for medicine is two snakes going up a winged staff?

Better be careful. . .might do what Screwtape warned. ..jar the reasoning process. Guess which side wouldn't want that?

Is Screwtape, satan's job to Always Mock God? Take what God used and taint it or create a facsimile? He sure does create synthetics to God's natural healers? Do you know why? Side effects. ..don't worry, there's Another pill that will help with that. What? More Side Effects, no worries here's a third, fourth, fifth, so on and so forth!

We and I know many of you dedicated to truth along with all facts and information have been watching this play out as the arrogant are full of pride and rebellion as God told us they would be. . .

We were told when we asked to keep my mom and dad in law that we could not.  One of the reasons was one of the Powers that Be said he would not put the job onto his wife.

When I spoke up because the bible clearly states just as we do for the children all of these years as Guardians of Children. ..

But due to Trump haters and those who were angry when we asked for caution prior to giving the elderly an experimental, non proven vaccine, along with questions from my mom in law asking me if I knew what the nursing home was giving her. ..doing the following list found in this next archived article. ..and pleading with the Powers that be to consider all the side effects Listed on medical sites, not to mention the complaints of my mom in law that coincided, we were mocked, told that we were not doctors. ..even though the Doctor is the one who prescribed the long list of prescription meds when it was known my mom in law and dad in law did not like prescription meds and had refused shots prior to them medicating and alleged coercion.  A great deal of power was handed over under duress. Control garnered and kept under the guise of In the Name of Public Health. ..so like the following document and Yes, by a PhD for the followers of the agenda that attack with belittling and mocking even though the haters and mockers don't have any higher degrees than we do.  They have self appointed themselves over us and taken our family completely out of trying to help my children's grandparents.  All because we have different beliefs than we do.

My dad in law stated that he is on the same page as we are as far as believing in God.  He told me he believes the Nursing home Lois is in is keeping her for profits as she continues to test positive in spite of Zero symptoms verified by the nurses.  He also said the one in charge is listening to the others who are very liberal and they have his ear as the one in charge cursed out my husband when he tried to convince him we were well equipped and qualified to care for his parents.

Thank you to all who keep praying.  Clearly All is in God's hands now.  I fully believe in our Miracle Maker!
