If I Were King

I'm not a monarchist, but if I were king of The United States for a day, I would do three things that I think would vastly improve the nation.

1st Decree:  All laws that seek to punish a [wo]man without any other [wo]man claiming harm or injury are invalid.

2nd Decree:  All laws that create exemptions for [wo]men of a particular group are invalid.

3rd Decree:  I hereby reestablish the republic with 3 equal branches of government with the strict conditions that only those who voluntarily fund the government shall have the privilege of voting for public servants, and no legislation demanding involuntary funding of government is valid.
