Get Minds Token To Show In Metamask

I made my first withdrawal of Minds tokens to my Onchain Metamask Wallet yesterday but I wanted to see proof of the tokens in Metamask... not only the Ethereum transaction.  

This is probably obvious for crypto enthusiasts and I'm not a novice myself either as I have looked into creating my own ERC20 token in the past as well. However I wanted to make a quick blog post to show people new to cryptos how to add it because I could not find any information anywhere.

In Meta mask go to Don't See Your Tokens?>  Add Token> Custom Token.. now this is the tricky bit, you have to paste the Minds token contract address: 0xb26631c6dda06ad89b93c71400d25692de89c068  the decimal field and token name will automatically fill in...all you have to do is click 'next'

I'm sure this blog post will help people and the token progress... perhaps there is another article explaining this but I couldn't find it.    

From here you can send your tokens to exchanges which list the Minds token, I don't know which do this yet...if anyone knows please comment. I did see a few articles floating around on Bitcointalk.org about the Minds token and exchanges
