Quinta do Vale is a 2-hectare off-grid permaculture demonstration and education centre in the Serra do Açor, Central Portugal. We have been living and working here for the last 10 years. We’re regenerating the land through circular systems design, water retention, soil restoration, agroforestry and organic growing, natural building, renewable energy generation and ecological sanitation.
