Highs & Lows of EO's

Essential Oils are derived from many plants, trees, herbs & fruits. Sometimes it's the stalks, leaves, blossoms or roots of the plant that are used. Many times especially with reputable EO companies it is a specific species or sub species of plant that is used.

NOT all EO's are equal. Many EO's available at big box stores are adulterated. This is because less than 10% of the finished product is required to be from the pure source. SHOCKING I know. This is where, You get what You pay for comes in to play. Myself like many of You out there loves to save $...unfortunately instead of saving $ We trade our health in the process. So buyer beware. 

Why use EO's? Let's start with the obvious. 

Smell. They smell absolutely delicious! Diffusers are huge in the market place right now. From portable to stationary with every decor & design available. You can scent Your home, office & vehicle. Variety is not an issue. There are 100's of single scents such as Lemon, Peppermint & Bergamot. Then there are the many blends You can create on Your own or purchase for convenience. 

If You are using unadulterated EO's there is minimal risque of an allergic reaction. Due to being distilled the EO's do not contain the protein particles that cause reactions.
