Probable Cause Mr. President an affirmative defense

Mr. President, 

Your legal team should adopt an affirmative defense.   By this I mean simply you had probable cause to have Joe and Hunter Biden investigated for their actions in the Ukraine.   Lay out your probable cause.

Joe Biden claimed the prosecutor was corrupt and that he had to be fired in order to get US foreign aid.  That sounds like the very crime you, Mr. President, are being accused of.  If you, your followers in the Ukraine or anyone on your bequest asked the Ukrainian government to investigate the Biden's that video should explain it.

Present here is just the former Vice presidents own words and a public article about losing $1.8 BILLION dollars.  There are more articles, but for probable cause you don't need them.   Probable Cause is already on the table, and honestly Mr. President if you didn't have them investigated I'd find you derelict in your duty.
