Pan Reverse Seared Steak

This technique for reverse searing any steak can be done with out a grill. All you will need is an oven and a frying pan.

Season up your steak with your favorite seasoning and preheat your oven to 220 degrees.

When the oven is ready place your steak on the pan and put the pan in the oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes are up, take the steak out of the oven and cook it on the stove top. Depending on how well you want your steak cooked is up to you.

I cooked mine for 5 minutes on both sides and it came out medium. That is it, super simple and still will come out a juicy steak for dinner.
