Korean ribs are some of the best ideas for a dinner. You don't need to wait to find them in a grocery store. Just call up a butcher shop, and ask them if they have beef ribs. If they do, go to the shop and ask for how many pounds you need. Then have them cut the ribs flanken style, (across the ribs) and tell them know how thick you want it cut. 1/8 of an inch or 1/2 inch.
These are half inch cut, but the thickness is all up to you.
The only thing you need to add to these ribs is some Kalbi marinade. You can find a bottle of it in any asian market. Let the ribs soak in the marinade for a few hours then get the grill set up. Or you can cook them on a skillet. It's the same method of cooking.
Depending on how thick you have the ribs cut will determent how long they will take to cook. Just continually flip the ribs and when they look done to you then they probably are done.
Stay safe out there and try out some new cooking ideas and share them with everyone.
