LIFE QUESTION: What is the most common fantasy of married men?
My husband once acted out a sexual fantasy on me that weirded me out for a few days after. It happened several years ago and I’ve been dying to tell somebody ever since. I toyed with the idea of writing this under my public name but decided it was too risky so I am reluctantly going anonymous.
After it happened, I considered bringing it up with female friends to gauge their reaction but I don’t have many close friends these days and I was convinced that the acquaintances I do have would think it was really messed up and judge him. We live in a wealthy suburb and people tend to be kind of buttoned up, conventional and surface-oriented. It is hard to get beneath the veneer of decency and perfection that they strive to present to the world at all moments.
