“We have a small team” has always been a fallback to issues on Minds.com. With a large code base and many projects, goals and ideas the Minds team has always been understaffed, but it looks like Minds is actively trying to improve on this and now has a wide range of positions available.
From software developers, mobile designers to my personal favorite “director of marketing”. Minds is looking to improve and expand the team. This in my view is a great thing for Minds to focus on just a little more and market these positions to a wider range of candidates.
As such I am making some recommendations on promoting the current job opening on Minds.com.
1.) Create a blog & hiring video by @Minds
2.) List current positions on more “Find a job” websites like Indeed, Glassdoor, and ZipRecruiter . You may also want to use a open source site like vutuv although the base will be a lot smaller its always nice to have it open sourced somewhere.
3.) Inquire with trusted users. Some users have experience with the open positions like “Head of Influencer Relations” and many more already reach out to them!
4.) Create a development chat room for interested party's and users that have contributed to the code to talk shop without daily bug and help issues bogging things down.

Although I’m sure the response will be slow as they are looking for a ”Lead Technical Recruiter” as well applying before the positions become more marketed and streamlined for hire may be beneficial.
I think its great to see Minds trying to expand the team and development. I hope others that support the Minds platform will help get the word out to others to improve the site and software. Thanks as always for reading, commenting and reminding.
