ICO Review - Parksen Project
Hello friend, today I will review a new project called PARKSEN. This project is implementing the ICO program for the publication of PARQ tokens as the main token for the Parksen community. For an initial explanation, I will review what is the Parksen project?

How Parksen Service work?
In summary, Parksen will change and expand the Minimum Viable Products (MVP) in the form of the Parksen Parking application. New features will include real-time information about traffic situations, congestion and, most importantly, a guidance system that helps drivers find the closest and most affordable parking lots near them.
Later, Parksen will offer a clear and universal API and dashboard for companies, parking garages, cities, maintenance workers, emergency services and consumers. By offering each person the same service, which is fully run at Parksen Parking Cloud, the Parksen Team will ensure that all parties involved can cut off intermediaries who raise their margins, thus ensuring reasonable and affordable prices across the board.
This API and dashboard will be connected to a variety of smart city solutions that will focus and rely heavily on IoT integration and smart car technology. Collection of traffic related data will allow our applications and platforms to provide users of this platform with a constant flow of accurate and real-time situations on the roads, while local and municipal governments can use data to fight congestion at a more basic level.
All services offered by Parksen will run on PARQ tokens. this is an Ethereum based token, through this token you will be able to take several actions depending on your type of user.
ICO Parksen Project
The ICO implementation on the Parksen project is already underway. The total Parksen tokens made are 1,000,000,000 PARQ. Following are details of Parksen tokens;
1. Total tokens = 1,000,000,000
2. Ticker = PARQ
3. Standard = ERC20
4. Start selling Tokens = 01-06 – 2018
5. Sales length = 1 year
6. Base Token Price = $ 0.10
7. Hard Cap = $ 19,500,000
For the ICO program, as many as 25% of tokens have been allocated which will be shared for pre-sales and public sales. 5% of pre-sales tokens with minimum contributions during pre-sales are 0.1 ETH and 20% tokens for public sales without minimum contribution. Pre-sales will start on 01-06-2018 and end when the token is sold out. Public sales will begin after all pre-sales tokens have been sold.
PARQ is a utility token. End users are involved in transactions with other end users and can spend or earn PARQ through several actions in the Parksen Parking and Parksen Green, Smart and Connected City Platform applications. In other words, PARQ is a consumable resource that forms a red line in all Parksen products. Parksen publishes the PARQ Utility Token for several reasons:
1. to raise funds for the long-term development of our Green, Smart & Connected City Platform
2. to function as a payment method into the Parksen application and platform for all stakeholders and end users.
3. Our Utility PARQ tokens are compatible with ERC20, built on the Ethereum blockchain and hence suitable for many wallets and, most importantly, for smart contracts.
