Ten Commandments of Freedom
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven." [Jesus in Matt. 7:21, Bible, NKJV]
“But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?" [Luke 6:46, Bible, NKJV]
"But He answered and said to them, “My mother and My brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.” [Luke 8:21, Bible, NKJV]

who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he
who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and [a]manifest Myself to him.” [John 14:21, Bible, NKJV]
"And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him." [1 John 4:16, Bible, NKJV]
"Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God [a]is perfected in him. And
it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice
of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandmentswhich I
command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high
above all nations of the earth [SOVEREIGN!]: And all these blessings
shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the
voice of the LORD thy God. Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and
blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of thy
body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the
increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. Blessed shall be thy
basket and thy store. Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and
blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. The LORD shall cause thin e
enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they
shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in
all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the
land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
The LORD shall establish thee an holy [sanctified] people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways.
And all people of the earth shall see that thou art
called
by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee. And the LORD
shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in
the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, inthe land
which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
The
LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the
rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine
hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and tho u shalt not borrow.
And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt
be above only [SOVEREIGN!], and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou
hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee
this day, to observe and to do them: And thou shalt not go aside from
any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to
the left, to go after other [government/political] gods to serve them.
"I
[God] brought you up from Egypt [slavery] and brought you to th e land
of which I swore to your fathers; and I said, 'I will never break My
covenant with you. And you shall make no covenant [contract or franchise
or agreement of ANY kind] with the inhabitants of this [corrupt
pagan] land; you shall tear down their [man/government
worshipping socialist] altars.' But you have not obeyed Me. Why have
you done this?
"Therefore I also said, 'I will not drive them out before you; but they will
become as thorns [terrorists and persecutors] in your side and their gods will be a snare [slavery!] to you.'"
So it was, when the Angel of the LORD spoke these words to all the children of Israel, that the people lifted up their voices and wept.”[Judges 2:1-4, Bible, NKJV]
This
document summarizes what we call the Ten Commandments of Freedom.
These commandments are intended to keep you out of trouble and on a
solid footing in all your interactions with governmens around the
world.These commandments are patterned after the
Ten Commandments found in the Holy Bible at Exodus 20.
The original commandments have been modified to place them in contemporary American terms.
Chapter
3 of this document describes the real life application of
each commandment, how the commandment is violated, and
authorities relating to remedies availab
le to prevent the violations described.
SUMMARY OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS
You shall have no man made laws before the Creator’s laws.
You
shall not look to the government as your Savior nor put legislative
statutes above my law. The Declaration of Independence recognize
supremacy of the Creator’s law as the source of all law and rights. Do
NOT consent to be a slave to your servant government’s statutory laws.
You shall not worship or serve any man, politician, government, president, statute, creation of men, flag, or other graven image. Be jealous of and do not surrender your power or sovereignty over your politician servants.
You shall take oaths in
God’s name only, shall honor your oaths, and shall not use God’s name in
vain. You shall not tolerate contract breakers or those who compel
contracting with government through abuse of franchises.You shall
confess the true God and show allegiance to ONLY Him.
No man can serve two masters or take oaths to more than one master.
You shall keep the “First-day Sabbath” of Freedom (July 4th) and not permit the government to 13 enslave and control you.
You shall honor your father and mother. You shall protect your family with lethal force from 15 “swarms of officers” that charge, indict, fine, and imprison people in a commercial schemes 16 designed to transfer wealth from the family to the State.
You shall not murder. You shall vigorously protect innocent life (including the unborn) with lethal force, but you must also possess vigorous, moral energy to apply the death penalty to those who wrongfully take innocent life. Both the protection of life and the taking of life are religious duties of man.
You shall not commit adultery.You are to keep your marriage contracts and protect your family from personal transgressions as well as from a government that sanctions fornication, adultery, and sodomy. Adultery includes both sexual adultery and commerce with government.
You shall not steal.You shall not permit your neighbor to steal; nor permit your government to steal under color of law in a sophisticated tax scheme.
You shall not bear false witness. You shall not lie about your status on government forms or allow others to lie about your status or presume a status you don’t expressly consent to. You shall not lie about your neighbor in court nor tolerate beinga victim of lies; nor shall you allow yourself to be manipulated by clever and deceitful schemes designed to make you a “human resource” for the benefit of the government.
You shall not covet your neighbor’s property. You shall notallow yourself or your neighbor to fall prey to a commercial plot or taxation scheme, a.k.a. constructive fraud, designed to impoverish you and your neighbor in order to increase the wealth and holdings of the government or a financial elite.
APPLICATION OF EACH COMMANDMENT
You shall have no man-made laws before the Creator's laws.
BACKGROUND:
You shall not look to the government as your Savior nor put legislative
statutes above my law.The Declaration of Independence recognize
supremacy of the Creator’s law as the source of all law and rights.
Do NOT consent to be a slave to your servant government’s statutory
laws. The purpose of this commandment is to prevent worship of gods
that DON’T exist
or things that the Creator created.
1.Constitutional and natural rights attach to LAND while franchise PRIVILEGES attach to a statutory status. Consequently:
1.1.You don’t need to be a “citizen”, “resident”, or “inhabitant” to have constitutional or natural rights.
1.2.If you were standing on land protected by the constitution, you don’t need statutes or a domicile to claim an injury in a constitutional court under the common law.
1.3.PRIVILEGES can only be acquired by your consent. If you never consent or contract with the government, you can’t be party to the franchise contract that implements the privilege.
2.The ability to regulate PRIVATE rights is repugnant to the Constitution. Hence:
2.1.All government civil statutory law can and does regulate PUBLIC conduct of PUBLIC officers.
2.2.A government which asserts a right over specific property has the burden of proving on the record of the proceeding the existence of consent to convert the property from PRIVATE to PUBLIC property or to convert ownership of the property from ABSOLUTE to QUALIFIED.
You shall not worship or serve any man, politician, government, president, statute, creation of men, flag, or other graven image
Be jealous of and do not surrender your power or sovereignty over your politician servants. Do not consent to surrender your absolute right of equality of treatment in relation to any and every government or collective. The purpose of this commandment is to prevent worship of creations of men.
The origin of the authority of all government to civilly govern is the EXPRESS consent of the governed, according to the Declaration of Independence.
“We
hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That
to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men,
deriving their just powers from the consent of the
governed,-”[Declaration of Independence, 1776
]
All power exercised by the government is delegated by the People COLLECTIVELY (through voting) and INDIVIDUALLY through APPLICATIONS of some kind. That means that:
2.1. You can’t delegate what you don’t have.
2.2.The collective in turn cannot have any more authority than a SINGLE human being, since it is also a “person” like everyone else.
2.3.The government can exercise no more authority than the people who delegated said authority to them.
2.4.Every statute which claims or protects a government right EQUALLY protects your right to do the same thing against the government.
2.5.A government that claims more rights than you and claims a right to demand your civil obedience is practicing a religion in which:
2.5.1. “Obedience” acts as a substitute for “worship”.
2.5.2.They have “super natural” powers, meaning anything more than the natural has. You are the natural being and they are the artificial, and yet have more powers than you.
Government
franchises may not be offered or enforced within constitutional states
of the Union ecause they create or enforce INEQUALITY and make you
INFERIOR to the government. They may only be offered or enforced on
federal territory becauserights are inalienable. When franchises are
offered outside of federal territory in a legislatively foreign state:
3.1.
The
Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, 28 U.S.C. Chapter 97 kicks in and
they implicitly waive sovereign immunity and agree to be sued in state
court under equity. 3.2.The Minimum Contacts Doctrine can be applied to
make them liable for the injuries they 37 cause.
Government franchise courts cannot hear cases against those who didn’t lawfully consent to the franchise. This is an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder. Franchise courts include but are not limited to traffic court, family court, and tax court.

This commandment means 1 through 3 above. The essence of the commandment is to acknowledge that God and not men or even the founding fathers are the source of your rights. The greatest lesson from the Declaration of Independence is that rights come from the Creator, and not any man, government, or ruler.
You shall honor your father and mother.

“Commerce. ...Intercourseby way of trade and traffic between different peoples or states and the citizens or inhabitants thereof, including not only the purchase, sale, and exchange of commodities, but also the instrumentalities [governments] and agencies by which it is promoted and the means and appliances by which it is carried on...”[Black’sLaw Dictionary, Sixth Edition, p. 269]
You shall not steal.

COMMANDMENTS OF SLAVERY
The following subsections are provided for you to COMPARE what GOD offers with what GOVERNMENT offers. Throughout human history, God and Government have always competed for the affections, obedience, and allegiance of the people.
Ten Commandments of the U.S. Government
And the Government spoke all these words saying,
I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Europe, Africa, Mexico, and China, out of the house of slavery to King George.
Thou shall have no gods before Government; and
Thou shall have no laws above the statutes of the state or follow any moral codes from an alleged god who created the heavens and the earth and the water under the earth; Thou shalt not bow down to anything but Government, for I the Lord thy Government am a jealous Corporation visiting the treason of thy founding fathers upon my human resources to put them in prison unto the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth generation of them that hate Government. And, showing mercy unto millions that contract with me and keep all my statutes; and,
Thou shall not take the name of Government in vain or speak despairingly of your career politicians; for the High Priests of the State and our deacon lawyers will not hold him innocent that fails to obey public policy; and,
Remember election days and keep them holy. Seven days a week shalt thou labor to support the State. But, every two years there shall be a voting day to the Lord Government: in it, thou shall take off from thy job, you and your children, and fellow slaves, and cattle, and dogs, and those in the grave to cast thy vote; and,
Honor your president and congressmen and legislators and members of the BAR that their reign may be long upon the earth which the State has taken from thee; and,
You shall not murder your civil rulers or police officers who spread statism and democracy, but you shall support state sanctioned assassination by Navy Seals in faraway lands and state executions of radical anti-government, anti-abortion, anti-homosexual, anti-imperialistic Christian citizens who home school their sons and daughters and who don’t believe in the authority of the state over the life, liberty, and property of their children and great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren; and,
Thou shall not oppose adultery, divorce, fornication, sodomy, pornography, pedophilia, incest, abortion, Islam, prostitution, transvestophilia, voyeurism, or orgies for this shall be a multicultural society where every man can do what is right in his own eyes; and,
Thou shall not steal from the State for the earth and everything on it belongs to the Lord Government; and,
Thou shall not bear false witness against thy benevolent Government by calling their officials liars, thieves, and tyrants; nor shall you lie topolice officers, politicians, or the IRS, but you shall consider your civil rulers exempt from truth telling because it might threaten national security;and,
Thou shall not covet your own income or keep back thy house or taxes or wife or children or possessions or cars or anything of thy neighbors for everything belongs to the Government.
