India's zealous push for female empowerment in order to curb fertility rates.

There are few nations outside of Africa that have as high of a fertility rate as India.  India's population has now far surpassed that of China in sheer number.  The elites in India wish to attempt replicating China's success, following the recommendations from Henry Kissinger, in curbing their fecund populations.
