WTH is this???

The above image is obviously a mistake on my part. I really don't recall putting a garlic bulb there! I can only think that it's one I dropped at some point. But it is there and I just had to do something about it! 
 

I dug it out and shook off most of the soil. 
As you can see it is obviously a full bulb that has set roots.

Teasing them all apart wasn't so difficult. I only killed two, not too bad considering!
Also... Very nice root structure on them. This is what you would get with a winter planting... Which this technically is! B-)

If these are the ones from last year then these will be VERY welcome because I didn't actually buy any garlic for planting this year. I was going to get by with the one I saved from last year... I guess I won't need to worry about running out after all!

Yup... About as straight as a dogs hind leg!

Yeah, I should have put a line down but where is the fun in that?! B-)

At least this year I should have a good crop and I know they are all coming up well!
