Discrimination Against Men in STEM; Muh Lived Experience

I believe we have all heard, throughout our lives, the sob story that women are discriminated against and that the world is unfair. You have probably heard this stupid narrative before you ever set foot in school. I can remember when I was a young boy, my mom asked me ‘’what do you want to be when you grow up?’’ I told her that I wanted to be a policeman, because all boys want to be either: a fireman, a policeman or an astronaut. I can still remember my mom’s answer: ‘’but you are a white man. They won’t hire you. There are too many white men policeman. They only want women and minorities. You will have to find something else’’. That left a bitter taste in my mouth. 

When I was a young man, I worked as a waiter to pay the rent. If you ever worked as a waiter, you know how terrible this job is. You work insane hours; the boss always wants to make more profit and pay his employees less; every time something goes wrong nobody that’s your side, you are always punished; and you are treated like a piece of flesh. I had both men and grab me in the disrespectful and sexual ways you can imagine. You are making your way between the tables with 5 plates and people are literally grabbing your ass or worst and they are laughing about it with their friends and family. If you have the audacity to complain about it you will be mocked and everyone will take the side of the aggressor. More often it will be the women and the fags that will team up to do the abuse. They will laugh about it together; they will defend each other; they will ask to talk to the manager if you don’t back down; and if you dare raise the tone because some milf grabbed your cock against your will at your workplace, then the TradCucks will intervene to protect the woman. I swear, working at a restaurant is what creates serial killers.

But what is infuriating is that, you might work your ass off 50 hours a week in a restaurant; you might have been working there for over a year; the minute a girl gets hired (even if she has no experience), she will get the promotion right away. She will literally immediately get all the perks, she will probably become a manager after working there for a month (if her boobs are big enough), and on top of that, you will be expected to do her tasks for her while she talks to people for hours. AND SHE WILL EARN MORE MONEY THAN YOU, for doing nothing.

I’m not joking, I have applied to many restaurants who have told me, straight up, ‘’we only hire girls’’. I finally decided to go work in something else and I decided to continue my education.

I decided to get a job as a pharmacy assistant while I study in biochemistry. The job is ok, but it is extremely female dominated. They like having a man in the pharmacy. These little girls are happy there is a guy around when angry patients yell at them and strong hands is handy to move heavy stuff. I won’t lie, the health system is extremely gynocentric. There is an overwhelming emphasis on women’s health. When you mention men’s health, such as, prostate cancer research, they agree that prostate cancer is ‘’an inconvenient’’, but breast cancer is a real problem…

Now that I have worked for years as a pharmacy tech, a lot of employers try to convince me to work for them. I’m in a good position and I’m not afraid to lose my job. Employers often give me an higher pay than what I ask for, just to make sure they can keep me. But when I started in that field, I shit you not, female techs told me ‘’what are you doing here? This is a woman’s job. You don’t belong here’’. After being discriminated against for years in the restaurant business, I have no patience for this shit anymore. I put those bitches back in their place.

During my studies in biochemistry at the university, I had a ton of old mangina teachers praising women in class. ‘’We need more women in science. Women are smarter than men. We need to give more chances to women. Estrogen is a superior hormone to testosterone. These men who received Nobel Prizes STOLED them from women, because they didn’t give women their opportunity…’’. I have heard all that crap; I put up with it; I decided I would say nothing, get my diploma and have more opportunities in life. I also know that some female teachers downgraded me throughout my studies and all the other white men as well, in order to give women an unfair advantage. But good luck trying to prove it...

Now I’m at the end of my bachelor and I need to find some teacher or company to take me under their wing so I can do my internship. Many teachers have decided to only take women and minorities… because that is more inclusive. And just today, a lab announced that they are only hiring women. I told one of my female friends at school that this was open sexism. She laughed. She didn’t disagree with me, but she thought it was completely justified. Apparently it is completely ok to discriminate against men in a university and in laboratories. This sexism is something we should pleasantly laugh about over tea and biscuits…

Men are not blind to all this. You might think openly discriminating against men is nothing; that men get over it like it was water over a duck’s back. But men remember and men are rapidly losing all empathy for you. Look on one side: the gynocentric system that you have taken for granted is falling apart and hordes of 3rd world men who love to oppress women are flooding in the West. Then look on the other side: The manosphere is getting bigger by the day. Millions upon millions of men are giving up on you. All these men will not lift the little finger to help you. The house of cards you live in will crumble and you will be left defenseless in a sea of predator. Then you will ask men for help. Well sorry honey, you should have thought about that while you were shitting on men all your life. You are on your own.
