I change my mind.
I've thought more about it, and the ability to hide boosted posts should remain a Minds Plus benefit.
The key is Block Channel.
Block channel must apply to all posts whether reminded, boosted, or part of "unsubscribed feeds" ("Boosted content, Search results and Discovery feeds are examples of unsubscribed feeds on Minds.")
The blocked channel must remain invisible to the blocker at all times.
No exception.
This requires Minds also changing its mind on how "Block Channel" works.
In the end, control over what is seen and heard is returned to the user. It retains the value of Minds Plus membership. And it also will save Minds staff a lot of wasted work and effort.
