Commercial Electric LED Lighting

This is a review of the Commercial Electric 4 ft. White LED High Output Wrap 58 Watt, 5200 Lumens, 4000K Bright White lighting.

The fluorescent lighting over my kitchen sink recently went out. I changed all four fluorescent light bulbs with no luck. So I knew I had to replace the ballast.

I went to the local Home Depot store and I could not find a replacement ballast.

This caught my eye because of the price ($80) and because it did not use a ballast. It is LED and direct-wired. It's also bright. No bulbs to replace!

When I first opened it up to install it, I was shocked to see mainly empty space. I thought I got a defective unit. It was very easy to install, including the wiring. And did I say it's bright?

When I first installed it, I noticed a shadow in the middle. After making sure to fasten the extra wiring between and out of the way of the strips of LED lights, the shadow went away.

It's rated for over 50,000 hours of maintenance-free operation. The best part is that out provides 128 Watts of light using only 58 Watts of electricity.

So far, I'm happy. Very happy.
