A case for the UBI

We have taxes now, and income tax is a form of theft. Then why not just tax companies instead, and more importantly tax the companies that take away people's jobs; like driver-less cars and trucks for example.

The AI robot era is upon us, and saying that people should just 'get a job' is not always going to happen, and certainly not for low IQ workers in the short term and everyone's job will be at risk in 30 years time. I will be off-grid by then, as I think most people will be, growing their own food, not working for anyone.

Giving people money is smarter than forcing people to be criminals or beggars; here in Australia all unemployed people get welfare and free health care, and in certain other countries there are problems, because there is no welfare system, or very little. Starving people do crazy things to survive, and I don't want them doing that near me.

UBI would bring great chaos to the world, and some people will become very lazy. I look at Muslim refugees with their 4 wives and 10 kids getting a free ride with welfare ATM, so I would rather that money went to lazy White people instead, as their ancestor helped build the countries in the first place. There will always be lazy people and criminals in society, I just feel it is better to allow them to be lazy, and not force them into crime.

Most of Western society is much poorer than 50 years ago (due to greedy rich people), and the silent masses (aka Sheople) are not taught to save money (unlike people in China who save 25% of their income). Most people when given a large amount of money just go stupid and waste it.

Most people are so fucked up they can not think straight and are just 'rats in a cage' running from pay check to pay check. So UBI would also require 're-education' of some sort as well, and rules. Can a person on UBI just go to a place with cheaper rent and never look for work again? I think most people will want to do something with their new found freedom, not just sit around.
