The Congress' criminal referral includes James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page. For some of them, if found guilty their jail time could range 1 to 20 years.
What is a "Criminal Referral"?
For those not familiar with "Criminal Referrals", in this context it means the U.S. Congress uncovered or suspects criminal activity(ies), and have evidence to support their claims. On reception of this Criminal Referral, the DOJ are able to proceed with a criminal investigation.
In other words, the Congress, don't prosecute, instead they refer to the DOJ that can, and the Congress let the DOJ make their decisions from there. In turn, the DOJ is able to do Criminal Prosecution. In turn, if found guilty, the people are arrested and charge with prison time.

Prison ranges
52 USC 30121 provides for the following if found guilty:
(1)(A) Any person who knowingly and willfully commits a violation of any provision of this Act which involves the making, receiving, or reporting of any contribution, donation, or expenditure-
(i) aggregating $25,000 or more during a calendar year shall be fined under title 18, or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both; or
(ii) aggregating $2,000 or more (but less than $25,000) during a calendar year shall be fined under such title, or imprisoned for not more than 1 year, or both.
For obstruction of justice? 18 USC 1503 is a felony offense for which the sentence can be 10 years imprisonment. A parallel provision concerning the “due administration of justice” is 18 USC 1505.
Perjury? 18 USC § 1621, for example, states that anyone found guilty of the crime will be fined or imprisoned for up to 5 years.
Corruption? The maximum penalty is 20 years
